About Isiah
Built for the work. Here for your move.
I'm Isiah Morris, a REALTOR® on the Jennifer Rice Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred, helping buyers and sellers across the Northshore and Greater New Orleans.
I grew up on Fidalgo Island in Anacortes, Washington, and started in the fire service as a student firefighter, including wildland fire training. Today I have 10 years in the fire service, 3 of them full-time, and I still serve as a firefighter.
Time spent framing homes gave me a hands-on eye for how houses are built. Today I bring the same calm, service-first approach to helping families find and sell their homes.
Firefighter · 10 Years in the Fire Service, 3 Full-Time
From the Fire Service to Your Front Door
The fire service has taught me to stay steady under pressure, show up for my neighbors, and finish the job right, from my first years as a student firefighter to serving as a firefighter today. It's the same standard I bring to every showing, inspection and closing table.
Calm Under Pressure
Live-fire and wildland training means tight deadlines and tough negotiations don't rattle me.
A Builder's Eye
A framing and construction background helps me spot what matters in a house before you commit.
Service First
Firefighting teaches you that showing up for people is the job. Your move gets the same commitment.
